Brazil - President Dilma Rouseff

  • She has been married two times and divorced two times and one of the only lasted at least 4 years.
  • She got an education at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul

Mexico- President Enrique Peña Nieto

  • He had 3 kids while being married to Monica Saenz. While still being married to Monica he had another son with Marita Hernandez and he had another one that died as an infant, they don't know who that was with.
  • He was the fifth member of his family to serve as the governor of the State of Mexico.

France- President François Gérard Georges Hollande

  • He is the first Socialist president since Francois Mitterrand left office in 1995.
  • In 1981 he was defeated by Jacques Chirac for French parliamentary seat.

Germany- President Joachim Gauck

  • His father was a distinguished naval officer and ship’s captain.
  • At the time of the revolution in 1989, Gauck joined the New Forum, which was a democratic opposition party to the socialist party

Venezuela- President Nicolás Maduro

  • He worked as a bus driver before being named foreign minister of his home country in 2006.
  • Maduro won the Venezuelan presidency in a close election against candidate Henrique Capriles

China- President Xi Jinping

  • He was born in Fuping County, Shaanxi Province
  • His wife is a famous folk singer in China

United Kingdom- Queen Elizabeth II

  • She was not declared the Heir Apparent when her uncle, King Edward VIII, abdicated because of the possibility of a male heir.
  • She is the sixth female to ascend to the British throne and at 60 years and counting hers is second longest reign of a British monarch, after Queen Victoria (1837-1901) 63 years, seven months.

Saudi Arabia- President Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud

  • They do not say if he has a wife, but he is only allowed 4 wives.
  • He is one of 37 brothers

India- President Pranab MukherjeeZ

  • He holds a Master of Arts degree in history and political science and also a degree in law from the University of Calcutta.
  • Mukherjee began his career as an upper-division clerk in the office of the deputy accountant-general (post and telegraph) in Calcutta.

Iran- President Hassan Rouhani

  • His birth name is Hassan Feridon
  • University of Tehran, B. A, 1972.; Glasgow Caledonian University, M. Phil., 1995; Glasgow Caledonian University, Ph.D., 1999

Afghanistan- President Hamid Karzai

  • Karzai was educated in India and is fluent in several languages, including English, Pashto, Dari, and Urdu.
  • He is a member of the Popalzai clan, part of the larger Pashtun tribe.

Israel- Shimon Peres

  • Awarded the Nobel Peace Prize along with Yasser Arafat and Yitzhak Rabin in 1994.
  • In 1984-1986 he was the First Prime Minister of the new National Unity Government.
